Dear Chaos, We Meet Again...Real Talk for Gen X ADHD Dog Lovers - Zeke Squad

Dear Chaos, We Meet Again

Hey friends—

Okay, real talk.
I didn’t decide to start a blog. I just ran out of room in my brain.

There were too many feelings, too many stories, and too many moments that deserved to live somewhere other than the black hole known as my camera roll. So here we are.

Welcome to Sincerely, The Chaos — where the dogs are dramatic, the emotions are at full volume, and the humans are hanging on by a thread made entirely of dog hair and unprocessed childhood trauma.

The Gen X, ADHD, Dog-Hair Everything Energy

I’m Patty. Gen X. Neurodivergent. Founder of Zeke Squad, which is not a line of “cute dog tees.” It’s wearable therapy, equal parts grit, grief, and gallows humor — for people who feel too much and love anyway.

Zeke — my deaf Boxer pup — is a quiet storm kind of dog. He’s taught me that loyalty doesn’t need volume, that love can stand still in the middle of chaos, that the bravest thing you can do is keep showing up.

And then there’s Zella. My nervous-system twin in a dog body. She feels everything at once and then some. She’s taught me that healing isn’t linear and that being sensitive doesn’t mean you’re fragile — it means you pick up the frequencies other people ignore. She reminds me daily that you can shake and shine at the same time.

These dogs — my living, breathing empathy machines — are why I believe big feelings aren’t a problem to fix. They’re a language to learn.

What This Space Is

This isn’t a “how-to train your dog” blog.
It’s a “how to love the ones with big feelings (including yourself) without losing your mind in the process” blog.

It’s about the dogs who came with baggage, the people who did too, and the holy, messy work of figuring out how to live together anyway.
It’s about the days you’re a hero and the days you’re a human, and how those are usually the same day.

If you’re here for curated calm, wrong door.
If you’re here for honesty, dark humor, ADHD tangents, and stories that smell faintly of dog treats and therapy homework, pull up a chair.

The Heart Behind Zeke Squad

Zeke Squad started as a survival. I made a design, then another, and somewhere in there it turned into a battle cry for the people and dogs who are “too much” in the best possible way.

Every shirt is a tiny banner for the brave, the weird, the still-healing. We’re not just selling merch; we’re building belonging.

This blog is the heartbeat behind it all — the place where the meaning behind the madness finally gets a microphone.

To My People

If you’ve ever loved a dog who feels “too much” — or you are a person who does — you belong here.
You’re not broken; you’re just built with the volume cranked to 11.

Welcome to Sincerely, The Chaos.

Sincerely,
The Chaos
