What is your return and exchange policy?
Every order is covered by our 30-day happiness guarantee, counted from the day you order. Every tee is printed after you buy it, so BEFORE YOU CHECKOUT, PLEASE CHECK THE SIZE CHART LOCATED ON EVERY PRODUCT PAGE, NEXT TO THE SIZE OPTIONS. If your item arrives flawed, wrong, or just not what you hoped for, email patty@imzekesquad.comwithin 30 days with your order number and a photo (if applicable). We will sort it out with a replacement or a refund. No hoops. We are humans over here, and we want you happy in your Zeke Squad purchase!
How much is shipping?
U.S. shipping is $4.99 per order for 1 or 2 items. Order 3 or more items and shipping is free, automatically at checkout. Mix and match tees, V-necks, long sleeves, and hoodies. Three of the same item count too.
How long will my order take?
Nothing sits in a warehouse with your name on it. Each item is printed to order, which takes about3 to 5 business days. Once it ships, delivery usually takes another 5 to 8 business days. Most orders land in about8 to 13 business days total. Around the holidays, and during big sales, please add a few extra days.
ALL TIMEFRAMES ARE ESTIMATES, NOT GUARANTEES. Weekends, holidays, weather, and carrier delays are outside our control. We aren't as fast as Amazon, so kindly keep that in mind. 🐾
Who prints and ships my order?
Every item is printed and shipped by our print partner, from their production facilities in the U.S. Tees, V-necks, long sleeves, and hoodies are sometimes printed on different equipment, so an order with more than one item can arrive in more than one package. Each package gets its own tracking email. If one package shows up alone, the rest is on the way, we promise.
Do you ship outside the United States?
Not right now. Zeke Squad ships within the United States only. Keeping it domestic keeps delivery fast and lets us make things right quickly when something goes sideways.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email patty@imzekesquad.comwithin 2 hours of placing your order. After that, your shirt goes to print and we cannot change the size, color, design, or address, and we cannot cancel it. If it has already been printed, your 30-day happiness guarantee still has you covered once it arrives.
My tracking has not updated. Is my order lost?
Rarely. Carriers sometimes skip scans for days, so a quiet tracking page does not mean your package stopped moving. Please let the full estimated delivery window pass first. If your order still has not arrived 14 days after it shipped, email us and we will work with the carrier and make it right.

Where are your items printed?
Every tee, V-neck, long sleeve, and hoodie is printed to order in the U.S. Nothing is made until you order it, so nothing gets mass produced and nothing ends up in a landfill because it did not sell. No waste!
Zeke Squad is a woman-owned shop located in California, run by one dog person who does the designing, the customer emails, and the dog hair removal.
Are your shirts soft?
Yes, we do sure think so, which is why we use Bella + Canvas blanks, the most popular blank in North America and one of the softest shirts on the market. Every color is pre-shrunk, side-seamed, and taped shoulder to shoulder. Bella Canvas uses different blends depending on the color, so here is what to know before you order:
Black Heather and Athletic Heather: 90/10 cotton/poly, broken-in soft from day one
All other heather colors: 52/48 cotton/poly, soft with a lived-in drape
Solid colors: 100% combed and ring-spun cotton, smooth and crisp with great durability
If you want the softest of them all, go with Black Heather or Athletic Heather.
How are the designs printed?
We use direct-to-garment printing with water-based inks. The ink soaks into the cotton fibers instead of sitting on top like a plastic decal, so the print stays soft and flexible, and the shirt feels like a shirt, not a sticker.
Are your tees true to size?
Yes. Our unisex tees (both short and long-sleeves) run true to size with a comfortable, relaxed drape. If you are between sizes, size up for a roomier fit.
The women's V-neck is a women's cut, not the unisex tee with a different neckline. It has the same chest width as the unisex at medium and up, but it is three to four inches shorter in the body and shaped through the middle. It is not narrower. It is shorter. True to size for the fitted women's look. If you want long and boxy, order the unisex tee instead.
How do I care for my shirt?
Wash cold, inside out, on a gentle cycle. Hang dry if you can, or tumble dry on low. Skip the bleach and never iron directly on the print. This tee is soft, not invincible. Treat it right and it will stay your favorite for years.
Will the print fade?
Slowly, yes, the way your favorite shirt from a decade ago did. Water-based inks relax a little with every wash and settle into that soft, been-loved look your oldest shirts have. That is a shirt aging well, not a defect. If a print cracks, peels, or fades badly within the first few washes, that is a defect. Email us with a photo and we will replace it.
My new shirt smells odd or feels a little stiff. Is that normal?
Yes. The printing process can leave a faint vinegar smell and a slightly stiff patch where the ink was set. Both disappear completely after the first wash.
Will the colors match what I see on my screen?
Close, but every phone and monitor shows color a little differently, so expect slight variation. The design, the softness, and the vibe will always deliver.
How often do you release new designs?

Zeke Squad exists to raise canine cancer awareness and to remind dog people to routinely check their dogs for lumps and bumps, because early detection saves lives. We were founded by a dog person who lost a beloved pup to lymphoma and now manages a dog with a history of multiple mast cell tumors. We pair that mission with ridiculously comfy graphic tees made for dog people, neurodivergent brains, big feelers, and anyone who has ever been told they are too much. Every purchase supports canine cancer awareness.
How does Zeke Squad give back?
Awareness is the backbone of who we are. Since 2021 we have mailed more than 2,500 free lumps and bumps reminder magnets to dog people around the world. The magnet lives on your fridge as a gentle nudge to run your hands over your dog and notice anything new, because catching a lump early can change everything. No, and we never pretend to be. Everything on this site is general information from lived experience, not medical advice. If you feel a lump, a bump, or anything that makes the back of your neck prickle, do not wait and do not Google yourself into a spiral. Call your vet. Only a licensed veterinarian can diagnose canine cancer and recommend treatment.
